Refund policy
Our books are custom (meaning special orders or personalized items). Due to the made-to-order nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
If you purchased an art print or bookmark, we have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the shipping date to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, item must be undamaged. To start a return, please email authorcawright@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, please note shipping costs for returns are your responsibility.
In the unusual event that you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days for a refund or a replacement.
AuthorClaireWright is not responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of package while in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot replace books damaged in transit. In the case of a delayed or lost item, please contact your local post office or the appropriate shipping carrier for their help in tracking the package.
Cancellation of Order - It is OK to change my mind and choose to cancel my order?
- Please inform us as soon as possible as we may be able to stop the shipment to you. Please use the contact form here.
- If the cancellation is made prior to our shipment, we will cancel and refund immediately.
- If the cancellation is made after our shipment, you will not be able to receive a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
